Yesterday, at the Take Back America 2008 conference in Washington DC, US Congressional candidate Darcy Burner (WA-8) presented “A Responsible Plan to End the War in Iraq.” The plan has been endorsed by Burner, Chellie Pingree (ME-1), and a number of other Democratic Congressional challengers.
