Mary Jo Kilroy, Ohio’s 15th (Western Columbus and suburbs).
Kilroy, an elected commissioner in the county that includes Columbus, has a return engagement on the “Red to Blue” list: She nearly defeated Rep. Deborah Pryce in 2006. Several Republicans are running in the March 4 primary election, the best-known of whom is state Sen. Steve Stivers.
